TAPI strengthens partnerships with customers at CPhI China

CPhI China, the industry event of the year in China, drew more than 30,000 pharmaceutical professionals to Shanghai last week, including TAPI customers from throughout the country. Having the TAPI China team and our customers together in the same place provides an ideal setting to meet face-to-face, strengthen our partnerships, check in on current projects, discuss new business opportunities, and learn how we can make their customer experience even better. We made the most of our time in Shanghai – we held more than 30 meetings during the three-day event!
While the TAPI team regularly visits customers at their locations throughout the year, CPhI China enables us to have more in-depth discussions on ways we can collaborate more closely and help them stay competitive long-term. Because every customer has different needs, we offer a personalized approach to their customer experience, striving to exceed each individual’s expectations in every step of their TAPI journey.

One of hot topics at CPhI China was the China Food and Drug Administration’s call for manufacturers of approved generics to perform conformity assessments of their product portfolios, to make sure drug products sold in China are safe and effective. As we told our customers, TAPI will work closely with them every step of the way to help them with their assessment. Our rigorous standards for quality and industry-leading compliance ensure all of our products meet stringent standards worldwide, and our RA team’s in-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements can give them that “extra” advantage.
