Coming later this year: several improvements to make your online experience easier, faster and more efficient. Using feedback from our customers, we are creating a new design and more user-friendly features, which include:

  • Easy, secure account access. TAPl Online will allow multiple users from the same company to log in individually, but track their organization’s interactions with TAPI as a whole. They’ll be able to view each other’s service requests, order statuses, and all communications with TAPI.
  • Detailed order and shipment tracking. Place purchase orders online then track the shipping method, departure and delivery dates.
  • Centralized communication and information. The TAPI Online dashboard will save you time by organizing your key account information all in one place. Through the portal, you will be able to communicate with TAPI experts, submit service requests and track their progress. It will be easy to request samples, DMFs, CEPs, and more. You’ll be able to tell at a glance if your requests are in motion, completed, or awaiting your feedback. And, you’ll be notified immediately about important product updates.
  • Self-service document library. Get customer-only access to TAPI’s extensive resources. You will save time and keep projects on schedule by downloading documents from the library yourself. You’ll have access to new DMFs, CEPs, site inspections, and more.
