Teva Pharmaceutical Works (TPW)

TPW is the TAPI flagship manufacturing facility for fermentation.  TPW is located in Hungary’s second largest city, Debrecen Nagyerdy.  TPW has high capacity fermentors and efficient downstream processing.  TPW is a leading manufacturer for generic statins. This manufacturing plant also has the capability for producing special semi-synthetic and small volume synthetic products.  TPW’s R&D Center is renowned for the expertise it has developed in chemical & biological processes as well as analytical R&D.  Over the years TPW has nurtured close collaboration with research institutes and universities in the surrounding area.  TPW’s last FDA inspection had no 483’s.
